We have been faced with crime every day, but, slaying and raping are big menace for people. India today is one of it problem appear, the reason problem appear is indirectly connected to the people population. The government of India specially high court take it problem as a big crime, while for doer obtain punishment on crime account. I read in news paper today that two sister killed nine children, a death put out by court as them penalty punishment. Every criminal should have a solution on, punishment is the last solution for.
