Each individual has a desire that sometimes affect others, desire or lust can lead to harmony, increase welfare even a good cooperation relations. Desire does not run properly if the individual is too forward will egocentric, where the higher one's self-interest can be a disaster for the other individual.

Generally we have different desires, but the difference will or desire is what we should think carefully so as not to harm others. Lust can be a disaster as well as mutual benefits, addressing the necessary control of the strong desire of the self with the will dampen the least useful for the personalities and others.



Obtrude or promote personal desires can lead to conflicts of interest, and can damage the manners of living a peaceful and prosperous.In the modern age we are living, conflicts of interest become very popular model among the community. The principle of personal interests, family, tribe, and the group is the cause of the birth of a great war, it is not far from being overly emphasizes personal desires rather than common interests.

Conflicts of interest penetrated any environment, be it family, school, workplace and groups or institutions that exist. The family conflict was about to be born of a desire to master the entire assets of the family, brother and sister jealousy, revenge uncle or other close family. This family conflict can not be solved if the whole family each hold fast to the principle of personal interest or passion.

On the other hand the world of education is also very close in terms of conflict, where the conflict arises in the presence of senior and junior group and this is the basic key conflict. Whatever the term conflict in the world of education, it is not far from being put forward the will of each. Likewise the world of work that is very familiar with the term ethnic grouping or ism even different wages could also lead to conflict.

Conflict of interest if we think logically is not profitable for anyone, which in the principle of this life is need each other. If the human hand in hand to help one another for the common good, then certainly the position of conflict of interest is happening now does not have to evolve our environment.

Conflict is equal to the loss of life, while peace is the goal of the world and the hereafter, our task now is to build a private mentally to fight the slightest conflict of interest in the following manner:


  1. Affection to the younger and older respect to.
  2. we are brothers no matter genealogy family or tribe.
  3. Love one another with sincere without any element of interest.
  4. intertwine strong silaturrahmi.
  5. improve relations in the event of a dispute.
  6. Stay away from selfishness properties.
  7. Sticking to the principle of solidarity.
  8. Not partiality in the world brotherhood.
  9. Sincere and sane seek a peaceful solution.
  10. Be wary of greedy and greedy nature.
